Help X41 Tablet BIO request I had the same problem. I flashed with that ISO file and it asked for crisis diskette. I had problem install WinXP Tablet initially due to 2010 error (HD problem). After flashing I still have problem and it does not install properly. Does anyone have a bootable (ISO image) that can be used to flash the X41 Tablet? Thanks.

I can't get this one to work. I'm trying to use an older Lenovo/Verizon-branded Sierra Wireless MC5725 WWAN card on brand new T420 /w v1.37 BIOS. I get an 1802 unauthorized error (not an 1804 error) and system won't boot. I flashed according to your directions but ran into obstacles: Flashed using specified procedure; there were no errors. Now at power-on, the computer beeps 5 times in a row, pauses, then beeps another 5 times, before showing anything on the screen. I think this is related to the TPM security chip; disabling the chip in BIOS settings causes the beeping to go away. Just to be sure, I disabled TPM security chip, removed all passwords from the BIOS, and changed setting to allow for end-user flashing of BIOS. I then reflashed the modified BIOS again using the specified procedure - I don't see what could have possibly blocked the download of the modified BIOS (there were no error messages). Unfortunately, at this point, I still get the 1802 error. At every step of the way, the computer won't boot if there is MC5725 WWAN card. My questions are: (1) why do I still get 1802 error, even after flashing this modified BIOS - did I do something wrong or might there be something wrong with the modified BIOS itself? (2) can I retain use of TPM security chip with this modified BIOS? (3) what exactly does 5 beeps, pause, 5 beeps mean?
