    Hi Serge,

Thanks for the kind attention and prompt response.

I've flashed plenty of BIOS before - as far as I can remember - always successfully.

Usually syntax has been something like:
    a:\flashprogram.exe biodatafile.rom

I tried your batch file, result: bad command or file error...

Before I experiment trying to flash without the batch script, I thought I'd ask for your input.
There is obviously the bios.rom, but also the other two files I don't know what to do.

    Thanks Serge,

    You're alright!

I'll give it try and report back results.

    Update...

    It seems to work...

<This is what I did to activate then>

    Install your certification
    Run command as Administrator.
Paste this command: slmgr.vbs -ilc + certificate location (use saved certificate)
    example:
    slmgr.vbs -ilc C:\xxxxxxxx_v2.1_Cert.xrm-ms
make sure that xxxxxxxx_v2.1_Cert.xrm-ms is on C:\ root

    Change Key --- OFFLine Mode
    Click the Start button
    Right-click Computer
    Select Properties
Scroll down window and click 'Change Product Key'
Wait for Windows 7 to be activated.

    Many Thanks.
