    Did you tried the utilities from FLASH folder of this CD ?

    I tried to that by auto running cd boot

    and tried to that by clean dos command..

    Yes, I seen the info that the modified (or backup-ed) bios can not be flashed on this PC (because of the built-in BIOS protection).
    So, can you try to flash the your bios backup using AFUDOS (or wflash2.exe) utility?

    I know I can flash bios from lenovo's web site with lenovo bios utility, I can try and flash with afudos, do you know the parameter I need to use (Like /o /f...)?

    Espy has a Lenovo E330 and your saying that his bios has some kind of protection. My notebook is a relative of his the Lenovo E430 if there is protection in his bios then there is a high likely hood that my bios has the same kind of protection, but what kind? Are you referring to RSA signing or perhaps some form of encryption?
