    ty for reply,
    so the plan is:
    1. disable the SLP2
    2. install Win7 (for winflash64)
    3. reflash with orig. BIOS using winflash64
    4. and thats all ?
    ( I have read that we should do: 1) export BIOS 2) get modified BIOS from MDL 3) reflash with modified BIOS)

    I decided to only use new Wlan Card.

    I just noticed that when I disable the "Security Chip" on bios, my laptop boots normally without error (beeps)!

    " successfully.
