Hi to all modding specialists! A few days ago I bought this notebook: Lenovo IdeaPad S400 Unfortunately does not offer the Bios-File on their website. Acc. SLIC-Toolkit v3.2 the following Bios is in use: Insyde Bios, 6DCN20WW(V1.08), 07/25/2012, 4608K Dump OK! (But SLIC OEM ID or Digital Signature Error!) Is there a possibility to add SLIC 2.1 for Windows 7 activation? Thank you very much for useful comments in advance!
Well, I tried everything you suggested, and even tried with -s instead of /s like the readme said to, but nothing worked. It said that WINUPTP.EXE could not be found (even though it was in the folder.) So what I wound up doing was flashing back to the older BIOS, and then flashing straight to your modified BIOS without updating to the most current factory one in between. Critical success, my 5100 card now seems to work fine (after 45 seconds of testing so far.) Thank you very much Serg008 for the support, keep rocking and helping people!
