LENOVO (IBM) Bioses, especially Thinkpad.

    ok.thanks for answer.if i cant repair laptop whit other way.i try your solution( its last way solution )
    yes fan spin up when power up
    i download my bios from lenovo-support site
    6euj42uc.iso and rename it to bios.wph
    then i make usb recovery whit crisis
    connect to laptop
    i hold down Fn+b and power bottom(and Fr+r and Fr+r and winkey+b .........all key:p)
    but in all case(or without hold key),usb led 2 second blink and then light on all the time
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    when i remove 2 DDR ram, beep change(1-3-3-1beep)

    There's your problem right there. You should not rename .iso files - these are CD images. You should extract your BIOS from CD image prior to trying to flash it using recovery procedure.

    i try to extract it,but when open it (whit winrar or...) it is Empty(whit hide/show system file)
    i burn it to dvd(65 mb space) and again its empty!!! only desktop.ini file with this contain
    [.ShellClassInfo]
    LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21815

    when i renamed .iso to .wph ,crisis application find all file(need)
    and show me successful dialog.

    You do not see the files because they are stored on a floppy boot image implanted into CD, which is not part of Joilet/Romeo or ISO filesystem.
    I suggest you download a BIOS upgrade executable instead and unpack it.
    Another option would be to use 7Zip instead of WinRar. Open the ISO with 7Zip File Manager, navigate to [BOOT] object, then inside the IMG file contained in that object.
