    Why do you want to replace flash chips and to programm them using SPI programmer? If you bricked your T530 with unsuccessful BIOS flash you do not have to change flash chips.
    I am not sure if it still true with T530 but older ThinkPads do have their flash chips tied to security chips on mainboard. If you still need to flash using external programmer you need special file prepared including exact ThinkPad model, its serial number and other important elements...
