    I have an Ideapad Flex 14 and I simply cannot dump the BIOS. Been trying every tool I can find - even tried an Intel FPT package for series 8 (Haswell) chipsets.

    No love in DOS or Windows: "Error 201: [FPTw.exe] cannot be run on the current platform." Universal Bios Backup Toolkit cannot detect the BIOS.

    BIOS version is 8ACN08WW.

    Have about 10 hours into this and I'm turning blue in the face. Yes.. OCD for sure. All I want to do is wipe out the horrrible whitelist so I can put my 802.11ac card in this otherwise satisfactory machine. Can anybody help me? Thanks for reading
