    update from pure DOS with PHLASH16.EXE :
    boot to DOS and run
    PHLASH16.EXE /x /s SLICWL.ROM
    (rename "$018E000_SL_WL.ROM" as SLICWL.ROM)

    It works. Thanks a lot.

    But problem with not connecting to some networks is still there. It was not bad adapter. Otherwise, now i have faster adapter
