-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Lenovo Ideapad V460
-Bios Revision : 2ECN22WW
-Bios Type : Phoenix I think
-Bios SLIC : I don't know
-Bios Link : I can’t find it now. There are no support page for this model. Earlier it was 100%
-Rw-everything report find attached below.

Can you please help me what to do?

You must upgrade to official (non modified) 2ECN36WW bios, then, after reboot, flash modified 2ECN36WW bios

As I can see, Lenovo SLIC 2.1 remains, so you do not need a marker's utility.
(To activate the new Win7 installation, just install Lenovo Cert. & proper OEM:SLP key).
