Couple of collegues have almost same T460p as mine - so TP-R07 SLIC should not be a problem to get from RWEverything report.
Thanks for tips, I am currently discussing with Lenovo if they can help because I do not want to risk misflashing my laptop and wait for new board again .

 

Also another board came to my mind: ASUS B250M-C
Is there any way how to unpack capsule file, insert SLIC and reflash without destroying mobo?
