    Dears @ MDL;

    Peace be upon you;

    I would be grateful if someone could show me how to downgrade the bios of Lenovo ThinkPad T430 from v2.66 or higher to v2.65 or lower;

    I would appreciate if the downgrade procedure is shown step by step for future reference.

    Many thanks in advance.

    I don't know about the T430 but on the X220 you can downgrade sequentially, so you download and install the previous version of bios to what you have installed now

    First,you must make dump of the bios with SPI flash programmer, (2-nd) upload it for modification, (3-rd) flash modified bios

    Do I need to be concerned about the checksum error?

    Thank you for the patch fix.

    After the reboot, the checksum error message no longer appears?

    Correct.

    Checksum error only appears while flashing the bios (when executing flash.bat).
