    I download "Lenovo ThinkPad T420s_1.46 (8CET66WW)-8cuj24us_Lenovo21_nWL.rar" and flash it,but it have not advanced menu,So I flash back 1.41,it include the advanced menu,but thanks again
    note:If something goes wrong under win，go to PE environment flash it!Surprise you
