Unpack & Run Setup.bat as Administrator.

when i run setup.bat as admin it says
windows cannot find '.\winuptp.exe'. make your you typed the name correctly and then try again

Looks like it stucks on backup process. The program itself stops working.
Does any text captions appearing on the screen just before that?
