black screen, works with hdmi,", Yoga 7 14IAL7 , latest bios update , laptop was working fine all of a sudden the screen went black and shuts down while in use , then i started powering it on but nothing, there is keyboard backlight, fun spins , everything works except for the black screen, i connected to external tv using hdmi , and there was no display only black ,but after force shutting it down and starting it again with the hdmi plugged , i will see a display. I don't see the lenovo logo flash screen with both the built-in screen nor on hdmi(external screen), i will start getting display on the hdmi when the windows starts booting , and surprisingly the touch works like i can see the touch in on the tv while still in hdmi , i tried resting the bios , nothing worked, i installed the bios again while using the tv with hdmi, and the weirdest part is that when i enter in to the bios , it launch but i cant move the curser (mouse) nor does the keyboard, its just stuck in the homepage of the bios ,cap lock light frozen.which means i can't change anything in it, also pressing f12 and i see the boot order but also frozen.idk whats wrong with it please give me any advice
when i say black screen i mean totally black no display no backlit,

i already tried resetting the bios off course i tried novo button thingy nothing , i even disconnected the batter both the main and the cmos battery, but still nothing, and things i noticed is that when i use the hdmi i can't see the bios boot
Hi everyone, I hope I'm in the right place!? and sorry for my english! I have ThinkPad P1 Gen3/X1 Extreme Gen3 I still have 2 months of On-Site Warranty! initially our IT department he had set a Supervisor password that blocked only part of the BIOS settings. Supervisor password = PeP11 it always worked After a recommended update, (he thinks gone bad at this point) Performed via Soft Lenovo Vantage ("BIOS Update (Utility & Bootable CD) for Windows 11, 10 (64-bit), Linux - ThinkPad P1 Gen 3 (Type 20TH, 20TJ), X1 Extreme Gen 3" "Firmware for Windows 11 (64-bit), 10 (64-bit) - ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2") I find myself "Error 0199: System Security - Security password retry count exceeded" "Press F1 to enter Setup." Supervisor password = PeP11 it is no longer accepted and also blocks the Machine entirely example F12 boot menu any operation postpones "Error 0199: System Security - Security password retry count exceeded" "Press F1 to enter Setup." Opened a ticket in LENOVO assistance but they say it's a software problem and not a hardware one and they cannot intervene!! incredible !!!! I just don't know how! if there is a way to overcome this obstacle? Or how to possibly repair it under warranty since it's still there! Any suggestion is welcome! HI Thank you
