I am currently dual booting Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. I have a valid license from when I installed the MCE and got the MCE emailed license and did the clean install with the integrated MCE image way back then. I then copied my Windows 7 to a new SSD disk and did the upgrade to Windows 8 and then 8.1 and the license remained valid.

My question is, If I do the same and copy my windows 8.1 partition to a new hard drive and go for triple booting and upgrade it, will my Windows 8.1 partition become invalid or will both of them remain activated?

I currently use Windows 8.1 as my daily OS and will not make the change to 10 until all the reporting to MS is ripped out as well as windows update file sharing. Then Big Muscle needs to release the final of Aero Glass and some good skins need to be made. as the 8.1 custom skins are not 100% compatible due to the change in hiding task bar icons on the right with the new "^" missing!
