For full esd, install 14393.xxx in a VM, sign in at the insider app, set to fast or slow ring and wait a few hours to a day to get the upgrade offered, as soon as it's downloading 15063, stop WU, by rebooting in safe mode or by commands. After WU is stopped succesfully start up esd.link.download viewer from the OP and after it errors, click on the yellow disks at the top right corner and browse to "c:\windows\softwaredistribution\datastore\datastore.edb" and open it. Now the turl for the 15063 esd will be shown.
