list of microsoft ips to ban?

    Wouldn't it be better to just locate the dll's or binaries that connect to the internet and remove them altogether ? I always remove \System32\wsqmcoms.exe from my system. It uploads SQM (CEIP) data to microsoft irrespective if you've opted out of CEIP.
