FIRST leaked build v15.2.2585.122 IS M2 milestone build already. There was no build leaked prior to that. Next build expected is M3 milestone at the end of the month/start of may.
After installing this, and logging in, and uninstalling, installing previous version, i can't receive any files. Says my messenger is old. -.- Any fix for this?
Windows Live Wave 4 to be named Windows Live Essentials 2011 Microsoft is planning to brand Windows Live Wave 4 Essentials as Windows Live Essentials 2011 when it launches later this year. The software giant is currently readying a public Windows Live Wave 4 beta which is expected to be widely available in June. Microsoft has reached the end of the Milestone 3 phase of development and is expected to enter the beta period shortly.
Isn't a lot of the Wave 4 launch an update to the backend? I've read that Hotmail will be based on activesync-exchange. Supposedly for mobile devices to sync not just mail, but calendar and contacts... with push mail.
Hi, today when I tried to connect on Windows live Messenger 2011 beta, it asked me to install an update (An update is required. Click to install the lastest update for windows live essentials). But when I try to install the update, the update stays at 0% for 1min and then it says "No internet connection. The internet connection was lost. Make sure you're connected, and then click Resume." Can someone help me? :/
Same here. And now it won't start Messenger or Mail because it says there's a missing DirectX DLL. -.-"
DirectX issues fixed after download and install the DirectX End-User Runtimes from Microsoft. Live Mail started but not Messenger. Updates dialog still prompt.
Update: This update is required in order to connect the people that use this build will have VIP access without ironing Windows Live Messenger 2009 until the public beta version of Messenger in 2011, scheduled for late June 2010.
I removed and installed Windows live 2009 but i love windows live 2011, so if someone know how to install this update and make it work please help us ._.
Dear Mokkun, could you please share the download link for windows live 2009, so i can install it and remove this one, Actually i try to remove the windows live messenger, but it's look that i cannot install it again!! or even completely remove it, is there any other way to completed remove it and install the messenger 2009 ??
It great to finally see Windows Live Photo Gallery support Libraries. Does it support Auto-Face recognition? So once I've tagged a handful of faces of the same person it goes through the rest of my photos and tags them too. In Wave 3 you annoyingly have to do it manually. Also does Windows Live Mail Wave 4 have Auto-Save? I've had Wave 3 crash on me and it takes any unsent e-mails with it . Thanks
