    Hi Guys,

I have an interesting question for you guys. I have a dual boot computer which I use both vista and win 7. I used a Lo*der to activate both OS's. The issue I am having is when I use the win 7 lo*der to activate it, my vista system becomes unactivated and vise versa when I activate vista with a lo*der.

The question I have is there a way to keep both OS's activated? If so, how? I appreciate any help I can get. :)

    thx

You might want to put Windows 7 on another HDD and try it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong please, but since you have (I'm just taking a guess here) both OS's in one HDD that might be your problem.

Try it, HDD are cheap as chips this days and if it doesn't work than you have a spare HDD to backup your files and OS to.

    Regards

Vista loader can be used via cd drive. hence no need to install it in hard drive. W7 loader alone install in HDD and enjoy both os

Yes you can! Mine are both activated.
Use the hazar/orbit30 1.2 lo*der and insert the certificate extracted from Hazar's original lo*der in Vista.

I believe the chinese lo*der also emulates SLIC as it's method...so, you could trade it for Hazar/Orbit's and see if it works.

I use a single hard drive for both.
OK, if you absolutely refuse to try the other lo*ader: yes, you can if you use two different hard drives, but you'd probably have to, at the very least, change the BIOS boot order each time you want to change OS, you might need to disable the one you don't need in bios too...

Ok, when I got to the vista part, I opened up the .exe file, it opened a DOS window which did a few commands and then prompted me to hit any key to continue, which i did and then my PC rebooted on its own. When I got back to my desktop, I tried going to start>run and entering 'slmgr -rilc' without the quotes and all that did was open a folder called 0409.

At this point, stopped because it didn't work. What do I have to do now in order to activate vista?

    thx

Err you don't need to execute the .exe file, you need to EXTRACT it (trust me, open it with winrar or similar)

OK, Poor choice of words on my part. I downloaded hazar_s_7_activator, I then right clicked on that file and extracted it to my desktop. This placed a file on my desktop called Hazar's 7 Activator.exe., I then EXTRACTED that file to my desktop which placed 4 files on my desktop called Install.cmd, bootinst.exe, gldr and CERT.XRM-MS. the CERT.XRM-MS has a pic of internet explorer on it like a shortcut icon would on your desktop. Now, according to you, I should extract the CERT.XRM-MS file to my desktop. Well, when I right click on the file CERT.XRM-MS, there is no option to extract it.

Is there someway that I do not know of that I can extract the file CERT.XRM-MS other than right clicking on it? Please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. :)

    thx

    Glad to hear it :)
Just so no one is confused again using this thread, once the Cert.XRM-MS lies in your desktop THEN you run the slmgr commands, Cert.XMR-MS will never extract anything else, as it's an XML file, if you're interested, look at it using notepad or, even better, Notepad++
