All I personally need is RAdmin! I use that for years already! Remotely control my computers via the Internet (but Browser!) which includes Switch On and Switch Off, Just need a Ethernet Card with support that functions. The normal Log On Credentials are used for the PC and no any extra other software is needed, which is secure! Using the apps from Microsoft, would mean use another Loophole! Is such needed? And, I'm not sure, if a hardware Switch On is supported at all?! As long as I didn't hard switch the PSU in the computers (I connect by RAdmin to) isn't used, I could remotely switch those machines On. For that the Ethernet Card's internal switch is used and give the ON signal to the Mainboard like you push the Power button on that machine! I, on the other hand, wouldn't use any other Mobile Device than my Laptop, for to connect by RAdmin to an external machine!
Teamviewer does the trick. Includes Wake on LAN also, and supports most platforms... I have been using this for years to remote access my desktop and remotely support a dozen people.
Yeah and mess around with some exclusive tools, troubleshoot xorg issues and find alternative tools for windows equivalents I prefer to deal with some Windows stuff instead of waste my time troubleshooting Linux issues
Isn't better to open one thread with "News" title as example, and post all those "news" links instead separate threads?
Personally, I'd rather have a separate thread. One thread with 1500 news articles is not my idea of a good time.
Was a fan of windows 7 everything that came after that was metro crap windows 10 is now good enough for me without the metro offcourse
