locked dell inspiron 1525

    i have a dell inspiron 1525 that has a bios password on it is there any way to bypass it or reset set pls help.....

    Call Dell customer support, give them the owners name (the person who bought it) and your service tag number. They have a number they will give you to get into the BIOS and then you can change it. I had to do this for my Niece on her laptop, same model number and not under warranty. I still have that reset key here, but I think it is different for each laptop. Here it is: W31JLM62
