I have purchased a hp pavillion touchsmart sleekbook 14 b171tu recently. I set up a microsoft account. Though I did not lock my pc, the lock feature got activated automatically. I tried to login but couldn't access the account. No guest account had been added to the pc, so i can't use my pc at all. I can't even turn on wifi so that I can use the new password with which I replaced the old one via another pc. I wasn't provided with any recovery disc, there's no way I can run a recovery drive. What do I do? i am unable to use my PC in anyway. It's asking me to login with the password i last used on the pc. When am trying to login with that password nothing's happening.
