I am looking for a way to make a list of things that i have changed(mostly in settings). W10 says it syncs with my account, so there should be a way to get the changes offline. I am not looking for a ready-to-use script, so any advice how to achieve this is appreciated. My goal is to offline backup my changes periodically so i can bring up a new machine quickly in case things go bad.
