Looking for MS_Security_Essentials for Windows 8.1

    I am looking for MS_Security_Essentials
    I had it for Windows 8 and 8.1 but I had to do a clean install of Windows 8.1 now when I check the MS site and there is none for Windows 8.1 and the one you can download will not install. It says that it is already installed.
    Where can I find it.

    Windows Defender contains all the function of Security Essentials for Windows 8+.
