Pl on which build of W10 1904x , LTSC 19 or 21 , 22000.xxx Build you are having this kind of trouble. or Its reffered to PE Build with Shell.

Explorer replacement rather then can run on explorer running on top windows explorer wont help much due to memory usage increase
yesterday was released the new actual multiple monitors, I haven't tested yet in win 11 but I expect a lot of fixes/improvements, give it a try
