Lost windows 8 password: please help me !!

    well its still there, just tried on a different connection and system. Maybe your cache is holding the old link? I did change it a week or so back and updated the link then.

    nope still didn't work, cleared my cache and cleaned with ccleaner tested on opera 16 and ie11.
    did you test the link when you login your mega account?

    this is really weird i just installed firefox and the link worked but my ie and opera still didn't work:confused:
    anyways i give up:mad::throw::roll1:

    Easiest way to reset a Windows password on the local machine:
    1. Boot to safe mode with command prompt
    2. cd C:\Windows\System32
    3. ren utilman.exe utilman.exe.bak
    4. copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
    5. Restart machine
    6. At the login screen, click the ease of access icon (or press Win+U) and command window with full access should appear
    7. To reset a password: net user username newpassword
    8. Be sure to go back into safe mode with command prompt and undo the changes if you wish to restore the ease of access window
