    Hi Murphy78,

    No problem, thanks anyway :D

I was just looking for these iso's:

    en_windows_server_2008_r2_with_sp1_vl_build_x64_dvd_617403.iso
    en_windows_server_2008_r2_vl_build_x64_dvd_x15-59754.iso

And in your DeDup they were really small...
Just wondering why did you abandon the Dedup setup? Because you could only use them in Windows 2012 Server?

    Thanks again,
    Regards,

    FJorgeR.

I'm going to investigate this with the lastest builds and see if it's still current.
I'll also remove the firedrive stuff and re-up the ones that don't have mega links.

They are meant for use as an ISO in any method you wish to use them. The VHD is just a container.

    (OP)
Updated the OP and made a newer dedup for 8.1 with the 3000850 update components.
Win7 was a lot smaller than it was previously. I'm going to investigate a few other vhds and see if they have a better algorithm or something.
If they do, I'll re-upload the smaller versions. If not, I won't.

    I've got this ISO:
    en_windows_server_2008_r2_with_sp1_vl_build_x64_dvd_617403.iso

    And a few other SVR2008 R2 and SVR2011 ISO's I can add to a DeDup VHD if anyone's interested.
As WinDev said its a great way to store them.

    @ murphy78,
Is it best not to mix the SKU's i.e. make separate SVR2008 and SVR2011 achieves?

SVR2011 is actually a version of 2008r2 SP1, except standard which is non-sp1.

Added u3 versions of win81 and server 2012r2.
Split old win81 versions into update and non-update versions.
    removed the x86 client-restore disc. It's for a 2008 release, not 2008r2 or 2011.
    re-upped server2008r2 and 2011 versions in a single vhd.

Are these VHDs still alive/ available? They are Super Compact and I'd love to use them as a base :) How did you make these?

they are VHD's with iso's in them, not exactly sure what base you could use them for. Essentially hard drives full of ISO's.

Oh! i thought of it in some other way. So, whats their purpose?
Am I correct in saying they allow you to store more ISOs in less actual space - due to the VHD storing duplicate files only once? So one could Mount/ Extract these VHDs and use the ISOs and overall not lose lot of Storage Space?

Please re-share. I tried and the VHD containing SBS ISOs was gone.

For all the people who download these, can someone please share or upload or maybe via "personal / private" one on one torrent?
