I still have to attend to some things, so a quick one: - method 1 is to make a win8.1WMC install ISO so if you already have a activated win8WMC, you can make this win8.1WMC ISO, and every time you need to install/reinstall, just install and (according to my friend), it is activated upon install complete, no phone calls, no swap files, no install to Pro then add WMC, i.e. no nothing. - method 2: you couldn't add a MAK key to installed win8.1 Ent., but I heard that you could use DISM to add to wim, haven't tried that myself. Anyway, even if you installed Pro, but your don't have legit win8 key, you couldn't do KMS or M** phone activation, it might be a chance to get it activated.
Nobody knows how KMS 6(or 6.1) works, forget about "soon". There is a Russian version for Enterprise, the interesting part is that is installs with the OS activated, ** ** ** link removed, it's a frankeinbuild, sorry ** ** ** Don't get excited too fast , it obviously is a frankeinbuild based on the earliest zh-CN leak, and besides the LP moding, it also used the Preview build 9431(or 9471/9477) files, because it uses a 9431 preview key, and there is a Jan 14 timebomb, but it does get you a activated Ent 9600. Earlier there was a leak of build 9483 zh-CN, if I remember correctly, this edition has no timebomb, but I couldn't remember if it could be activated with the preview key, if yes, then I think maybe better to use the token files from this edition.
Sorry method 2 does not work for me ATM, my friend didn't explain how to do it exactly(and risk his job, maybe?), I'll remove it. A guy has posted the full DISM cmds in PCBeta, I'll update the OP.

Tried It but it fails Downloaded the image but it fails at the setup it will proberly only work with a clean install and not with the upgrade setting
@ Faikee - For Windows 8.1 Enterprise the product key itself is not installing. Is there any way to override and force the key to install. Thanks

In order to be able to install (slmgr /ipk) WMC key you need to have an activated Win 8.1. You could achieve that either by activating over the phone the PRO version ( slmgr /ipk a pro key, own or from pastebin) or by replacing the data.dat file. After the Pro gets activated, it easily accepts installing the WMC key AND you need to call AGAIN MS in order to activate it. So, without a data.dat file from an activated system, the only way is to call M$ twice in order to achieve an activated Pro-WMC system. If done right, you get the system activated in 10 minutes time ( twice a 4 minute Skype call). Otherwise, get a file from an activated system.
