Make Custom Folder Icons Permanent

    It works but only with moving.

    Does copying folders work with this method? Also I assume this won't work with portable drives right?

    It used to work but not with win 10. Portable drives can have icons that will survive until Something changes their drive letter.

    The point of the whole discussion is to avoid any tie with drive letters.

    Thanks. But actually opening that DLL, wasn't the way it should be.

    Can anyone confirm that this bug is fixed in Build 14946 and later?
