Thanks, I just used this tool to repair some corruption on a Dual Booted MacBook Pro with windows 7 - Fixed the problems and now windows works fine. Thanks again.
@ Josh Cell I've tried MBR Regenerator a week ago and it crashed when it tried to rebuild the MBR. I'm not asking if and how you can fix it, I'm just curious why did it happen.
@coldengrey Your system looks untouched, and you don't need of uninstall the loader, this app will remove all traces.
Wonder why all the problems since August installing updates? I did Uninstall kb971033 wat update (and hid), thinking it was the correct thing to do. Going to try restoring the kb971033 update and try to re validate... Do you think I'd benefit from running your MBR Tool, if it seems untouched? Should I run with "regenerate activation system" going by my previously pasted diagnostic report? Then I reinstall loader? Thanks for reply and contribution! Will update on progress...
You again? Broken windows update is not the same as broken activation. Mgadiag looks good. Activation looks good. Repair install to fix the windows update problem. Get on with your life.
Yeah, me again! Repair install not as simple for some of us! According to the sevenforum tut, I've got to redirect all of my default user locations, that I'd changed when installing, to D data partition. What you're not getting is that is a monumental task for someone like me..
tnx sir.. i already tried it but i have this weird thingy going on.. after i ran this and restart our computer, windows didn't say its not genuine .. i checked the properties of my computer and there's no indication saying activate you windows or something.. its as if there's still removewat going on.. i openned remove wat and it said wat is not removed.. so i activated my comp with winodws loader 2.1.8 but there's no genuine logo in the properties in my computer.. Now, what's going on? is it mbr's fault or maybe loader's fault?
Daz released his loader v2.1.8 to support server 2012. Just want to know, does this version (4.5) of MBR Regenerator support server 2012/w8, too?
