Thanks for your attention and help. No I do not have the recovery DVD. The "accident"does not happens with me, so the person that was using the computer start to try to solve the problem and also he formated it and does not preserve the recovery partition.

According to this I would like to made some questions: There is one SLIC table for each brand notebook? Answer: yes each brand has its own SLIC Table. Each computer has one Slic Table or they are iqual in one brand? Each brand has more then one model, is the Slic Table comum to all model of one brand?
