If there hasn't been any explicit statement of the tool working differently, then obviously it will, just like always, integrate whatever you provided into the installation media...
Is not provided by the updatepack but by the WA files by @abbodi1406 and how tto use the WA files: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1847940
afaik I use Simplix script and it always work fine with no error... For August (24.08.15) , when installing win7 , It always ask me to boot normally or on safe mod... Impossible to install any version of AIO x64....Tried again with July iso and it's ok but not with aug, iso... Strange ?!?
I'd like to know why (legacy tool): WLAN drivers are not integrated in boot.wim and winRE.wim USB3x specific drivers are not integrated in winRE.wim and install.wim Just for knowledge. Do some of these images share drivers between them, or these images don't need these drivers?
Iirc it was in before, can't remember why it was cut out to be honest, to long ago, will check it out asap.

Again, not sure why we cut the USB3.x driver integration from winre.wim.
I s I see it. I asked about drivers being shared between images because, according to "what the tool does (modern tool)" in the first page, when USB Drivers are integrated in winRE.wim, they are indirectly integrated in install.wim too. You showed code of USB3 specific/provided drivers being added to boot.wim. Does this mean that drivers added to boot.wim are integrated into the OS when you install it, and because of this, there's no need to add them to install.wim image?
I will have to test with a real install on hardware with usb3.x ports, will do this asap I know i wanted to have the option to integrate USB3.x drivers by the legacy method and not by the generic driver as simplix does because on my ancient (and broken for a while now) P8H77M-Pro the generic ones didn't work, will report back asap (nobody else ever mentioned this or reported problems with this).
@Erivanize Have been brainstorming and digging in my memories and this is what i can come up with: - SiMPLiX update pack takes care of the USB3.x drivers in install.wim (and winre.wim) by integrating the generic USB3.x driver. It can also do this for boot.wim when desired. - I created the option to have the tool integrate hardware specific USB3.x drivers instead of the generic driver by SiMPLiX because i encountered some not working USB3.x ports during boot when using the generic USB3.x driver (maybe not needed anymore because the generic driver recently got an update, iirc) - (W)Lan drivers in boot.wim and winre.wim were integrated in the past but iirc i was advised/informed it was not very useful to do.
I noticed today that when "wimlib update" inserts Dart in boot.wim and winRE.wim, the name of the image changes (the name you get from "dism /Get-ImageInfo"). Both winRE and boot.wim (index 2) name becomes 'Windows (TM) Code Name "Longhorn" Preinstallation Environment'. Why wimlib does that? Is it due to the DaRT package or is it due to the wimlib itself?
