Are you sure that KMS_VL_ALL works on ThinPC?

Search for @GezoeSloog his svf post or @LostED his ISO post, and use the 1903/9 updates overview combined with W10UI.

It doesn't cost any space or energy to keep it in.

I want to make 1909 SAC version and I should use 1903/1909 updates, I just don't find Insider Preview 18362.1 build in UUP and other locations.

Server is not available on UUP nor ESD.

So my only option is 18362.30 ISO? (and not 18362.1)

    Thank you so much.
Last question: Enablement Package won't work on Server? I see your final log is 18362.752 and not 18363.752.

I am confused about what it says in the README.TXT :
"Change the SiMPLiX.bat file, option Spectre/Meltdown switch to your satisfaction (by default it's set to: /FixOFF, to enable change to /FixON)"

FixOFF leaves the fix for Spectre/Meltdown security hole in place?

I want to be protected from Spectre/Meltdown, so my question is whether I should set switch /FixON or /FixOFF

    Code:
    - Change the SiMPLiX.bat file, option Spectre/Meltdown switch to your satisfaction (by default it's set to: /FixOFF, to enable change to /FixON)

Default = /FixOFF = no spectre/meltdown protection, when changed to /FixON, the protection is enabled.

I know this is anecdotal, but I've never had issues with any of that user's isos. In my experience they're nothing more official Microsoft isos except with updates and other addons (.NET, DX, drivers, etc.) that one would always install anyway. They're quite handy in fact because while I could do everything that myself it's nice that I don't have to.
