SiMPLiX.bat. When it does not work the Win7_x64_AIO_2.9_Modern. Both ISO's are the same language. Both give the same error.
    Multiple options tried already.

SiMPLiX.bat is called by the script as part of the process, it shouldn't be run directly. Run one of the Modern scripts or the Legacy one.

Well. I did try all other CMD's including the Modern and Legacy one. I actually tried all options. Still nothing.

Can you show us a screenshot of the error? And the progress of the used script till it showed the error?

I recently created a bootable USB with Windows 7 including a modified install.wim to pre-install programmes I use. File is just over 10Gb.

I have created an ISO from the USB stick. Is it just a case of dropping that iso in SOURCE_ISOs/Legacy_Tool_7 folder of AIO tool and then copying all extracted files and folders to another USB stick?

As for drivers, do I just copy contents of C:\Windows\System32\drivers to the Drivers folder in AIO?

    Also what does /FixON do?

This looks like a really awesome tool. It would be nice if I was clever enough to know what I was doing with it.

I have no idea about Windows 7 MSDN Retail ISO so I assume it is OK to use the one I created as described above.

Where Legacy_README.txt states, "* List of the SKU's that can be created (ESU Supported only):" I do not have extended support with Microsoft but presumably I do not need it as this is the whole idea of this project?

    Thanks in advance

Sorry. Also where do I find "8.1/10 ADK (dism tools) Non-Insider Preview"

I can find Windows 8.1 SDK here under Earlier Releases in Microsoft downloads sdk-archive?

EDIT: Tried this and it will not install

    EDIT 2:

Ran the tool unsuccessfully as couldn't install Windows 8.1 SDK.

    It failed to find AIO_Mount/ISO.

Still fascinating watching all the code appear in CMD prompt.

Unless I can resolve ADK 8.1 DISM installation, I think tool will not work for me.

Got some DISM errors (these are just a selection in the area it appears to have failed). I know the tool is good so I am doing something wrong:-

ADKSetup is working on a fresh install of WIndows 7.

Can anyone tell me which features I need to install from the ADK? Only 4 are ticked by default

    Brilliant. Thanks.

    I am slowly getting there.

So far, I've had an error saying Windows requires a digitally signed driver RegHiveRecovery.sys?

And also an error to say aio.install.wim not found in J:\Temp\Wim. I see this folder is created by the install as it has vanished now. Presumably it is only applicable if you choose an AIO based iso option?

Just rebooting but it doesn't seem to have installed any updatepack which was located in the EXE folder on the USB.

Running UpdatePack7R2-22.1.18 manually now and it looks to be working fine so fingers crossed.

Where can I find install log for the Legacy Win 7 based ISO ESU with AIO? I can then look at the errors that were generated. Of course, if this batch file says AIO in title it obviously contains script for looking for aio.install.wim.

Should I have used another batch file for a legacy install? Just doubled checked Legacy README and updatepack was in correct location in EXE folder.

Sorry for delay. I was trying to find if I did something wrong but still the same message. ESD or WIM the same.
