ok guys i search ont he net and see this seems to be a on going issue with 7os. basically i converted large blu ray (mkv) files to avi. place them on my 1.5tb drive. when i stream them to my xbox through main dash then video selection they play fine no choppiness to them at all. But when i stream them through windows media center to xbox 360 the 1080 videos play back is choppy as all hell. im on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit. 6gb ram. 2.8ghz amd processor. and ideas? anyone?also dont think it matters but playing through media browser plugin. only the 1080 do it.

i have flow control enabled in nic. as well as link speed set to `100mbps full. still laggy in media center on 360...
