media center product key for windows 10

I've installed Media Center on my Windows 10 box but when I try to set it up, it refuses to accept the product key. I've got valid product keys for Windows 7, 8/8.1, and 10 but the setup refuses them all. Anybody know what a valid key for Media Center should be? Is it different from the key for Windows? By the way, Media Center is working fine on my Windows 7 box but I want it on my new Windows 10 box. I've tried all sorts of replacements for WMC and read all sorts of blurbs about how bad WMC is and how much better some of its replacements are but I'm not buying it. From the very first time I used WMC on Windows XP, through Windows 7, it's been great. I've have had nothing but trouble trying to use and understand any of its replacements. I would LOVE to get WMC back!!!
