Memory usage 31% on idle. Is it normal ?

    More, the framework that support all the apps, which are useless every single of them. There is no reason to have that running in the background doing nothing but eating memory.
    And I guess the next step that m$ will take is enforcing even more to use that framework, so you will need to buy more hardware to support it. See what happend with the SSD market and how slower is getting 10 to boot.
    They wont stop there but they will do this to every application and games, which are popular to kids, forcing the people to buy more and more hardware.

    scared of windows 10 spying yet uses forums and most likely has a facebook or a twitter GG
