Mhz (speed) moves in CPU-Z (not speedstep related!)

    Hi.

    In CPU-Z, on my Q6600 cpu, I noticed my mhz changes between a small range: 1595.9, 1596.0-1596.1mhz.

    And my FSB: 1064.0-1064.1mhz.

    Is this behavior normal? I did try to the tape mod but removed it because it wasn't staying; so I decided it wasn't worth it.
