    That is not the Quick Access Toolbar, QAT is above the Ribbon.
    This is the only Ribbon Icons without Labels.

    I know that. But the one shown on that pic is not QAT.

    Hm, I think it is. In Office 2010 it looks nearly the same (in the titlebar or below the ribbont).

    No, its not. I am 100% sure about it. It is just the Ribbon Icons without Labels.
