Thanks, I have now just re-released the x64 with updated virus and platform update. The arm64 and x86 cabs will not be updated until next Friday.
The 4.18.2108.7 platform is integrated into the image, but after installation, the old version is displayed in the about system parameters. Everything is fine with 4.18.2107.4. Who else can confirm this problem?
Might be a bug, or someone at MS forgot to change the values in the registry. I re-applied the latest platform update 4.18.2108.7, and now it shows the new version on my Surface Go 2 tablet.
I can't do it. After installation remains the same 4.18.2104.10 Win11. I will wait for the next version.
Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus antimalware platform - KB4052623 (Version 4.18.2108.7) Now available for all on MS Catalog Website. Direct Download Links have been removed, as this version of the platform update is out of date and could pose a security risk.
there everything is ok, but there was a new platform update the day he created it it was not yet available maybe not ok digital signature error
I shall use the defender verification tool to check, the only files that don't have a MS digital signature are the .vdm and .man files or the powershell files in it's directory.
BAU has fixed the Digital Signature issue in v1.5 of the verification tool, which you can download below:- https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...dated-september-14th-2021.83310/#post-1653313
Updated my posts as well - with a twist! filter switched to inclusion instead of exclusion so it should be futureproof + enhanced output - show signer name instead of useless Thumbprint I prefer using instead the generic Verify Digital Signatures from right click - Send to for any files/folders
LOL did not realize these updates are so frequent defender is off most of the time for me, only toggle it on when installing stuff - guess I'm saving substantial bandwidth
