Correction: Lumia 950 and 950XL shipping preloaded with 10.0.10586.0 Insiders getting 10.0.10586.11 It seems that the build was fully optimized and debugged to work best with the new hardware. Now begins the task of making it properly work as an upgrade for the older phones. Lots of users reporting various & sundry problems. Many if not most of these are because of previously existing apps and settings that got migrated, not an issue when the phone is new in the box preloaded with the current OS. At least I hope it was fully optimized for the new hardware. If real users buying new hardware encounter the same issues as Insiders using old hardware, then there is potential for marketing and PR disaster.
