If you're using xp or more recent os, you can just double click on the cab file and it should open in explorer then easily proceed to installation.

 

Cant install most of them (Im using Win 10 LTSB 2015 with windows updates turned off(32gb emmc laptop))

 

Is there any way to find a el-Gr SP3 .exe or ISO?

Could you post info/screenshots of the error?

 

That one seems to work but its only 31MB?
Also I cant see the newer sp3 features like save as PDF
