@indyan, read a couple messages beyond where you got that link: that's the public Beta 2, for which MS is giving out keys. If you want the newer build, see other posts here. That said, you do seem to have some other issue with the script (the one several messages up is formatted, so a copy and paste should work), but you may not need to use it at all with the new build. See the key in the previous post.

Funny thing is, i reinstalled windows today and cant activate office 2010 anymore, since i went directly to this build, without installing pubic beta first. I think some license keys should be added/changed in registry for activation to work properly. But i just cba atm with this... ill rearm in 30 days!
too lazy to wait for b2 to d/l so uninstalled 4730 installed beta2 key and dat with scripty,thanks solar! reinstalled office 2010 4730 good to go,but not validated,nevermind.will do my urgent project and keep eye on postings keep up the top jobs guys regrads warez The key I used was the default one, that came with the script. What i think is this build have 2 types of licenses, KMS and MAK, while script does activate MAK license, i think office trys to use KMS license as default and since it have wrong tokens/pkey it breaks apart wanting key and not allowing you to go further. Somehow we should remove KMS license and use only MAK. But sometimes if you play around enough it will just work and office will switch to MAK license. that key in script is some random offical beta key anyway. also another interesting thing i figured out today... MSE (beta) and this build instalation dont go well together. I reinstalled office today couple of times (once even windows before i figured it out). You need to disable realtime protection in MSE or office instalation might randomly fail.

I had to do a format to my whole system due to boot problems. I installed this build. Used scrip and didn't work. Uninstalled. Installed official Beta. Activated. Uninstalled Official Beta, reinstalled this build and used script. Office is now activated
HI, now i try to install ms office 2010 pro plus but during installation it show encountered problem. how to solve? i am using slow internet. its unable to download new one? is it any solution?
if you get an error when activating that says check your internet connection, then try this: i have a wireless router with a password, so unplug the modem wire from it, and plug the modem directly into your computer. So basically, don't use the router for now. try activating again, and it should work. hope this solves your problems!
I had spent 3 days trying everything possible to get 4730 to activate (most of the time that BAT file was confirming it was activated, but I was still getting asked for the product key). I finally got it working using bfj2000's tip and it worked. I had to install 4536 first with the CT443 key, then uninstall and install 4730 and run the BAT file with the CT443 key. Works great.
