Well, office 2013 is activated by phone. But, office 2010, activated by toolkit, is gone. I tried, but i cannot activated. What can i do?

 

I got a question about Outlook 2013:
I've installed and activated (by phone) Office 2013 on two of my PCs.
After installing Office on the 2nd PC Outlook automatically "imported" my all of my e-mail accounts that I've setup
on the PC I've installed Office first.
Do you guys know how that works? Does Outlook save all the account data online?
