What I did was actually just super-easy mode... I extracted the retail combo to a directory. I then went into the x86 folder and deleted everything. I then copied everything from the x86 vl build Repeat for x64 folder Then to add visio and projectpro support I just went into their respective x86 and x64 folders, and copied the contents of an arch-appropriate vl build to my working x86-x64 combo folder. When it asks if I want to overwrite anything I just chose skip. Repeat that for both of them and you have an x86 and x64 combo VL build. It gives choice between either Office, projectpro or visio during install and everything is functioning flawlessly. I've ran programs, installed, uninstalled, activated, etc just to make sure... I'll up it later to TPB for curious people, but I won't link any custom image stuff here... If anyone wants to check it out, just add /user/murphy78 to a certain piratey torrent site. I'm still testing all the x64 stuff and making a retail svf conversion file.. .so it will be up a little later
I guess one can keep on putting updates in the updates folder of Office 2013 with sp1 retail and make an updated iso in the future.
Hi all, Anyone has the Portuguese (PT-PT) Language Pack with SP1 you could share? I'm downloading a torrent but it seems to be dead I'm not looking for the two disks with a bunch of languages in them, just: SW_DVD5_Office_Multi_Lang_Pack_2013w_SP1_64Bit_Portuguese_MLF_X19-35653.ISO Any help would be much appreciated.
Installed the slipstreamed MSDN retail ISO of office 2013 x64 (833 MB). Compared with integrating office 2013 rtm with sp1 or installing rtm and then sp1, I saved around 3-3.5 GB of disk space!!! Wish there was office 2010 with sp2 too.
Have you tried to run disk clenup of windows and selecting the Windows Update? For example, I remember when I using 8.1 in a VM it detected ~200mb to cleanup, it tooked around 1 hour to free up ~1GB.

Hey, I installed this (Office 2013 x64 professional plus) quite some time ago. I tried to install SP1 from Windows Updates but the installation doesn't work... The SP1 installer tells that I should uninstall Office from my system and reinstall it. I did activate Office with MS:s servers phone method. Obviously MS has blocked something? With Office 2010 pro plus and it's SP1 this error didn't happen, despite similar activation with Office 2010. Any solutions here?
Assumption: Office was activated with a key that is now blocked/blacklisted . Options: Install SP manual after downloading the standalone pack Activate with a more legit key Convert to Volume License and activate with KMSpico from my sig
Ok thabks I'll try that. But why convert to volume lisence? I'd rather have phone method activation For sure I wouldn't want to reinstall Office, but if it takes that - then I'll install slipstreamed and phone method. I'd just wish I could install SP1 without doing any reinstall's. I wonder what MS SP1 (or other KB) has flagged in my system for not being appropriate? Perhaps I could clean these?
The conversion to VL was mentioned to be complete and show a possible last ressort. Would check myself the options in given order by downloading the SP and trying to install offline .
Offline installation fo course But when I (I downloaded SP1 exe (proplussp2013-kb2817430-fullfile-x64-en-us.exe)) I try to install the installer said there's no product to update. When I was reading different topics I understood that there's a workaround for that, but now I cannot seem to find it.. Troubling this SP1 activation mess, I wasn't with Office 2010 & SP1. I'm thinking should I go back to Office 2010 - it's activation seemed to stand the test of SP's. But then again I have Office 2013 installed now so it would be great to get this working Didn't MS ditched genuine checks program for Office? Does the coming of cloud end piracy? I have trouble installing the last non-cloude Abode CS6 update packs too.
Would say you found one of the big handicaps when using keys that will be blacklisted. Didn't read much about that kind of problems with Volume Versions .
Yes most people here I see prefer KMS. Rather than installing an app that extends trial time by abother 180 days or so, I find one-time phone activation method better. Although with Office 2013 that seems to be not the issue :/
Yeah, might look that way, but every time you need to reinstall/reactivate you'll need a fresh key. Would be a PITA for some here. A VL version you simply reactivate offline against any of the offline-emulators .
