Can someone please explain the contents of the images of the languages pack? There are 2 images for each arch, and another image which is the smallest. What is the difference between this image and the rest? Whats inside every image? Another question - is it possible to download a language pack and then use it only to get proofing tools? Without changing the entire interface language? Thanks!
thx for your reply. if your version is also faulty, then Code: D200708A59A7DAB61FEBB95332B601DBF9FB925C *SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_2016_64Bit_German_MLF_X20-42436.iso is the valid version (november rain posted it also). @Inge pls clear your PM space, i cant send you a PM
Does anybody have dutch office 32/64 (pro/std) hashes from a trusted source? I think a lot of people would like to have their hashes confirmed.
If you right click on the relevant entry in ShellNewHandler you can open the Windows registry editor at the relevant key and delete it (be careful).
OK, after searching some more online, I found some answers... 1) According to some shady torrent site, this is the content of the large images (Disk 1/2): Disk 1: Office Language Pack Arabic, Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brasil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish Project & Visio: Arabic, Chinese (Traditional), Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brasil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish Disk 2: Office Language Pack: Bulgarian, Chinese (PRC), Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Indonesian, Kazakh, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Malaysia, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Thai, Turkis, Ukrainian, Vietnamese Project & Visio: Chinese (PRC), Czech, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Turkish, Ukrainian 2) According to some M$ page about older office version, this is the purpose of the last image file (LIP Comp Kit): LIP stands for Language Interface Pack. It is NOT identical to the regular Language Pack. Basically, the LIP Pack contains just the interface translation of the most used office applications, while the full Language pack contains the translation of all of the applications and all the proofing tools. The LIP package is free, and the regular language pack costs some $$. For more info about this, google "Do I need a language pack or language interface pack?" Have fun!
Office fails to install with the dutch x64 bit version, always getting "owow32ww.cab not found in ProPlus.WW folder". I checked that folder and it is there Any solution(s) ?
I used the proplus.ww folder from the english edition (copied it from the english to the dutch directory), apparently the proplus.ww folder from the dutch edition is corrupt. Admin please remove the link on the first page to the proplus dutch edition
