its a separate product - you need a separate key / MAK - you can't install different proofing language different from your installed office language (proofing tools) without this new product

There's no x86 and x64 combined iso released officially. You might've downloaded a home brew iso.

 

Why don't you just start downloading "Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus VL 16.0.4266.1001 (x86/x64) [Multi]" and check what files are in it? I think it has ProPlus, Standard, Project Pro/Std and Visio Pro/Std iso's in all languages, you have downloaded only english ProPlus images, so it's not the same.

Today I have installed and activated Microsoft Office 2016 Professional Plus Volume x64 English edition and unable to find the downloading source of Hindi Proofing Tool 2016.

Further according to the Microsoft, If you are using a Volume Licensing edition of Microsoft Office 2016, please contact your administrator about installing the Volume Licensing editions of Language Pack and/or Language Interface Pack and/or Proofing Tools.

Therefore, you are requested to help in downloading the required Hindi Proofing Tool 2016 for aforesaid Office edition.
