Why are so many ppl fixated with MTK - because it's a GUI where you click? KMS VL All in my sig takes seconds (if that) and it's an install and forget it solution, and so easy to remove if wanted. See the Usage and Brief Explanation links in my sig.
What's the best/safe way to activate now-a-days? Manually or using which Activator: KMSAuto Net Portable by Ratiborus Microsoft Toolkit by CODYQX4 KMSpico by heldigard KMS_VL_ALL - Smart Activation Script by abbodi1406 Thanks.
The four tools you mentionned are safe to activate Office 2016, personally , i use the Toolkit tool. windsman.
i don't know exactly which is better but what i do know is that i read somewhere in this forum that the source code of the KMS emulator comes from "CODYQX4" (the developer of Microsoft toolkit) and all the others aare just different flavors of his software so i would say that his has a upper hand here (this is what my little mind tells me)
Nope. mikmik38 was the first to reverse KMS v6 protocol. This post. Although it is important to say that around that time many including CODYQX4 were involved, thereafter all manner of scripts and server services were made for KMS activation, and CODYQX4 incorporated the various methods into MTK.
I use KMSpico (10.1.7 Portable or Installed) by Heldigard without any problems. It is simple, practical and effective for Windows 10 et Office 2016 Retail, then VLSC. I have not tried the other mentioned tools. KMSpico is not considered as a virus by KIS 2016 (ligitime) I use. However, Windows Defender not agree.
One thing to consider is that KMSpico and Microsoft Toolkit have been flagged as malware by MS and all the major antivirus vendors that are in MS's pocket. So far KMS_VL_ALL has not. I can't speak about KMSAuto Net Portable as I have never tried it. It is simple enough to exclude whichever one you are using but annoying when they get auto deleted without even telling you about it.
I have used a binary editor such as Ultraedit to substitute some characters in the message "This program cannot be run in DOS mode" which is near the beginning of the .exe file so that the .exe signature is changed. Many antivirus programs are confused by this and don't flag it.
