Can't find the French Language Pack. I can find Office in English and the English Language pack (lol).
Ok, thank you very much for taking time for explain to me. I appreciate that. So OPK isn't interresting in my case (just a random guy who wants Office Std in french). If SVF isn't official format, is there an official Office french language pack? (like EXE or ISO from Microsoft?) If it exists, so why create SVF if there is official language packs. If not, why Microsoft doesn't make official language packs?
Why do we create SVF patches ? Microsoft releases numbers of files for one product in multiple languages. Imagine these files are 2GB each. The only difference between these files would be like 300MB (language difference). To upload all RAW files, it would require hundreds of GB. With the SVF patches, it is possible to save more space. So, when you want a specific file for a product, you grab the "source" file (original file, matches SHA1 checksum on Microsoft servers) , which is usually English (or other language upon the choice of the SVF patch creator but as MDL is an English Speaking forum, English is the source file.), you then grab the SVF patch of the associated file and then you recreate the file (the created file is COMPLETELY original and the same as the one on Microsoft servers, with the same SHA1). It would be as if you downloaded it from Microsoft.
What is the obsession to "force" people to use SVF patches? Some people just perfer the original ISO from Microsoft. We dont want to "recreate" a original ISO. Im not being rude/asshole/etc just stating what I believe a lot of people want.
the svf patches is the easy way to help other, upload/download & save bandwidth if you don't like it then just wait for someone to upload "original ISO from Microsoft" take it or leave it, none forced
